Cancellation Policy
Please note this cancellation policy for digital content in accordance with §§ 312d, 312f, 356 BGB (German Civil Code).
Important Notice for Digital Content
If you proceed with the purchase of the subscription and explicitly agree that the digital content (access to your personal spreadsheet) will be provided immediately, you will lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with § 356 para. 5 BGB.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
2. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
According to § 356 para. 5 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal if you have expressly agreed that we will begin execution of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and you have acknowledged that by your consent, with the beginning of execution, you lose your right of withdrawal.
By explicitly agreeing when concluding the subscription that the digital content (access to your personal spreadsheet) will be provided immediately, you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as access has been granted.
⚠️ Once granted, the right of withdrawal for this purchase can no longer be exercised.
3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal (if applicable)
If the right of withdrawal still exists (e.g., before immediate provision), you can exercise your right of withdrawal by means of a clear statement to us:

4. Consequences of Withdrawal (if applicable)
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
