By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must verify your email address to access all features of the service.

• You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• You are responsible for managing access permissions for your Google Spreadsheets.
• You must not share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

• Subscription fees are processed through Stripe and are subject to their terms of service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are subject to our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with notice to users.

5.1 What is Being Sold

You are purchasing a time-limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable usage right to access our premium spreadsheet service. You do NOT acquire ownership of the service, software, or any associated intellectual property. This is a subscription-based service that provides access during the active subscription period only.

5.2 Permitted Usage

• Personal Use Only: The service and your spreadsheet access are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• Non-Transferable: Your usage rights cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold to any third party.
• Active Subscription Required: Access is only available during an active subscription period. Access will be revoked upon subscription cancellation or expiration.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription and legal action:

• Copying or Reproduction: Copying, duplicating, or reproducing any part of the service, templates, or content for distribution or resale.
• Sharing or Distribution: Sharing your spreadsheet templates, formulas, or service-generated content with third parties outside of your authorized team members.
• Publication: Publishing, posting, or making publicly available any proprietary content, templates, or materials from the service.
• Commercial Exploitation: Using the service or any content derived from it for commercial purposes outside the scope of your subscription agreement, including but not limited to selling, licensing, or monetizing access to the service or its content.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the service.

5.4 Sanctions for Violations

Violation of these license conditions will result in the following sanctions:

• Immediate Access Revocation: Your subscription and access to the service will be terminated immediately without refund.
• Contractual Penalty: A contractual penalty of up to €5,000 per violation may be imposed, without prejudice to any further damages.
• Damages: You will be liable for all damages resulting from your violation, including but not limited to lost profits, legal fees, and enforcement costs.
• Injunctive Relief: We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief and cease-and-desist orders to prevent continued violations.
• Legal Action: We will pursue all available legal remedies under copyright law (§ 97 UrhG) and general civil law.

• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers connected to the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
